Plain text, numbers and booleans only. Formulas, dates, merged cells, named ranges and validation ranges need to be simplified first. Numeric cells must use General format.

CSV keeps values as text in the file, but spreadsheet apps may interpret them as formulas, numbers or dates. Import as text for exact values, or use CSV to Excel for explicit text cells.

A little extra help

Why can’t I export a formula?

A cached formula result may be stale or missing, and this tool does not calculate formulas. Replace formulas with the values you intend to share before exporting.

What if the tool cannot process my file?

Check the supported formats and limits above. A smaller file or an up-to-date desktop browser may help. Encrypted, damaged or unusually complex files can be unsupported. Your original file is not changed.
